VACANCIES

Senior Housekeeper - employed

We are seeking an experienced, professional housekeeper/cleaner to support with maintaining the highest standards across the Cotswold Tiger portfolio of high-end second homes and holiday lets.

Cotswold Tiger is a rapidly growing, family-run company and our aim is simple - to be the best at what we do and to treat our Clients and their homes as if it were our own.

The Role and About You

Our housekeepers form an intrinsic part of our property management service. They are the eyes and ears of the company in the properties we look after and as such, a good eye for detail, reasonable knowledge of properties and a desire to achieve the highest standards is vital.

As a Housekeeper at Cotswold Tiger you would form part of a small and friendly team lead by the Head Housekeeper and Holiday Let Manager. Depending on the property, you would work both independently or within a team where you would be expected to take the lead when working with self-employed staff.

The role offers you the opportunity to put your own stamp on some lovely properties and really make them your own, our clients love the care and personal touches we put into our housekeeping.

We are therefore looking for a self-motivated, confident person who enjoys working both alone and as part of a team.

Key skills:

  • Excellent communication skills – with Clients and other team members.
  • A natural attention to detail and desire to achieve high standards.
  • A positive, can-do attitude.
  • Confident and willing to travel.

Location

The role is field-based but you will also have the benefit of our business-hub located within The Cotswold Tiger Laundry on the Notgrove Estate, 5-minutes drive from Bourton-on-the-Water.

Your property territory would broadly cover the triangular area between Down Ampney, Minchinhampton and Bourton-on-the-Water.

You will need access to your own vehicle for business use. When required, company vehicles can also be made available.

Working Hours, Salary and Benefits

This role offers the right individual a central position in a well-regarded and fast-growing company. Being a small-business we are flexible on working hours to meet both personal and business needs and are happy to discuss what this might mean for the right person, based on the following.

  • 15-30 hours per week, worked flexibly on a shift basis, Monday-Friday. Shifts will vary weekly, but you must be available every Monday and Friday between 10am – 3pm.
  • Salary £29,120 full-time equivalent (40 hours per week). Pro rata for part-time hours at £14.00 per hour.
  • 5.6 weeks paid leave per year
  • We pay travel time between properties and re-imburse milage expenses for business use.

If you think this might be what you are looking for, we would love to hear from you!

We do also work with self-employed individuals - please get in touch for further details.
