Cotswold Tiger is a bespoke property management service, specifically catering for the second home market in and around the Cotswolds. We are a rapidly growing, family-run company and our aim is simple - to be the best at what we do and treat our Clients and their homes as if it were our own.

The Role and About You

As a growing young business the role is diverse and will comprise 3 main areas of responsibility:

1. PA to the Managing Director

  • Managing and organising diaries and appointments
  • Monitoring email and liaising with Clients and contractors

2. General Business Administration

  • Record keeping and reporting
  • On-Site filing and stock-takes in our small in-house laundry

3. Bookkeeping and invoicing - working with the company Directors

  • Invoicing through our standard accountancy system and laundry IT system
  • Credit control

Key skills:

  • A proactive, inquisitive mindset.
  • A strong ability to multi-task and problem solve in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal.

  • Excellent IT skills including Windows-based Microsoft 365.

Location

The role is hybrid home-working/office-based. Our office is located within The Cotswold Tiger Laundry on the Notgrove Estate, 5 minutes drive from Bourton-on-the-Water.

We are happy to discuss a working pattern to suit personal circumstances but including a minimum of two 'shifts' per week face-to-face in the office.

You will need access to your own vehicle for business use.

Working Hours, Salary and Benefits

This role offers the right individual an exciting and pivotal position in a well-regarded and fast-growing company. Being a small-business we are flexible on working hours to meet both personal and business needs and are happy to discuss what this might mean for the right person, broadly including:

  • 20-25 hours per week, ideally worked over 5 days (Mon-Fri)
  • Flexible working patterns
  • Full home-working IT set-up including company laptop and mobile phone
  • Salary £38,500 full-time pro rata
  • 28 days paid leave
