Given the recent Government guidance regarding Covid-19, I
would like to set out for you the measures Cotswold Tiger is putting in place
to ensure our continued efficiency and the health and best interests of our
staff and clients.
As you will be aware, the impact of Covid-19 and the
Government Guidance for individuals and businesses is changing daily. Therefore
I would like to reassure you that over the coming weeks the CT management will
be carefully planning how we look after both our Clients and our team, as well
as ensuring that the business can continue to operate as productively as
possible. We hope that you understand that we need to ensure that our response
is measured in order to provide clear and consistent guidance, but we will keep
you as informed as we possibly can.
As a general principle we will follow up to date government
guidance as well as reviewing daily, staff health.
We will also be asking all Cotswold Tiger staff and primary
contractors to undertake the following measures when entering client property:
- Where at all possible
avoid client or guest contact
- Follow government
guidelines for washing or sanitising of hands
- To wear disposable latex
gloves when attending client property or where not possible, wash and/or
sanitise hands on entry to and exit from any client property
- To ensure antibacterial
cleaning products are used wherever practical/possible.
In the unfortunate instance that any of our Clients are
required to self-isolate or become symptomatic of Covid-19, our team will
also be available to assist with providing supplies, but at such time we will
cease any activities which require entry to the property. Should you also be
struggling to source additional handwash House Tiger does have limited supplies
of (White Company) product available from stock which we would be happy to pass
on at cost.
Whilst we are taking every precaution to ensure the health
of the team, there will undoubtably be unavoidable disruption should any member
of the team need to self-isolate, in which case we will inform all those who
may have been in contact with said individual as soon as possible.
For holiday let properties, we are as yet unsure what the
effect of widespread physical and social disruption may have, and whilst we
accept there may be last minute cancellations/bookings, please do note that our
sister company, House Tiger, would kindly request a minimum of 3 working day’s
notice to change agreed housekeeping. We will of course still endeavour to
accommodate last minute requests for additional services.
We very much appreciate your continued support
during what is going to be a challenging time for everyone and should you have
any questions please do not hesitate to get in touch. Our aim remains to
support and assist our clients in any way possible, therefore if we can provide
any additional assistance or advice please do not hesitate to contact one of
the team.
